500 kilometres in five days. Three charities. A group of six of us are heading out on our first tour since we took up cycling nearly a year ago in preparation for the event. Over the course of 5 days we'll be cycling from Portugal's Southwestern-most point to Gibraltar. We're hoping to raise funds for the PJ Isola Foundation

A whole new world of pain
Day 3 totalled 131.5 km. Selwyn got it wrong earlier. I can barely type I am so tired...I am just popping out...I may be some time...............
