500 kilometres in five days. Three charities. A group of six of us are heading out on our first tour since we took up cycling nearly a year ago in preparation for the event. Over the course of 5 days we'll be cycling from Portugal's Southwestern-most point to Gibraltar. We're hoping to raise funds for the PJ Isola Foundation

Smoking
We probably should be smoking less too. Can't imagine it would be helpful. Mind you we have beetroot juice, cherry supplements, anit-chafing cream, anti-pain cream (!), and Food Doctor nuts, courtesy of Joey...
