500 kilometres in five days. Three charities. A group of six of us are heading out on our first tour since we took up cycling nearly a year ago in preparation for the event. Over the course of 5 days we'll be cycling from Portugal's Southwestern-most point to Gibraltar. We're hoping to raise funds for the PJ Isola Foundation

Going strong
The guys are still going strong, albeit through some very unforgiving warm weather. Another 45 k or so should see us arrive in Medina Sidonia.
