500 kilometres in five days. Three charities. A group of six of us are heading out on our first tour since we took up cycling nearly a year ago in preparation for the event. Over the course of 5 days we'll be cycling from Portugal's Southwestern-most point to Gibraltar. We're hoping to raise funds for the PJ Isola Foundation

Alarm bells
Selwyn spotted at 10.50am with packages of beetroot juice and spirulina tablets....but no chafing cream.
Remember this quote people.....(selwyn) 'but you know what, I don't chafe.'
We'll see what 500k and a rubbish merida bicycle have to say about that...
Ill take care of him when he gets back home safely :)
